17.5% commission, charged only on booked engagements. No subscription, no setup fee, no pay-to-play.
Most speaker pricing is a negotiation you're not invited to. A fee is quoted, a margin is added somewhere in the middle, and nobody tells you which part is the speaker's and which part is the bureau's. That opacity is the industry norm, and it's the first thing we removed.
Our model is one published number: 17.5% commission on the speaker fee, charged only on completed, booked engagements. No subscription, no setup fee, no pay-to-play placement. The price you're quoted contains our commission inside it — so the number you approve is the number that gets paid.
Two further products are on the roadmap and we label them honestly rather than selling them early: the Speaker Accelerator at $99 per month, and Enterprise SaaS at $50K–$500K per year for organizations booking five or more engagements annually. Neither is live yet, and we'd rather say so here than in a footnote.
The price you see contains our fee.
Not a quote with a margin hidden inside it. Our 17.5% is printed within the number you approve, and it's charged only when an engagement is actually booked and delivered.

No subscription, no setup fee, and nothing to pay to see a curated shortlist.

No. For the marketplace, commission is paid only on completed, booked engagements. Retainers are a separate, optional product with their own monthly fee.
$10K–$30K covers most in-person keynotes, virtual starts at $2,500, and workshops start at $7,500. Senior or market-moving figures command more, and every fee is shown before you commit.
Travel is billed at cost and capped, agreed before booking. There are no surprise line-items — if a cost isn't in the quote, it isn't coming later.
The Speaker Accelerator ($99/month) and Enterprise SaaS ($50K–$500K/year) are planned, not launched. We list them so you can plan, and we mark them clearly rather than taking money for something that doesn't exist yet.

Volume pricing on commission is part of the planned Enterprise tier, which isn't live yet. Today, 17.5% is the published rate for everyone.
Speakers set their own fee ranges; we publish them transparently with our commission inside the client-facing number.
Terms are set in the booking agreement for each engagement, and payment is handled through the platform rather than between you and the speaker.
We individually check identity, real work, and stage skill. Every speaker. No exceptions.
If your audience rates it below 8/10, our commission is refunded. The full terms are on the guarantee page.
