Every reply comes from Brijesh Patel, iShruti's founder. Not a sales rep reading from a script. When you ask a question, you get a direct answer — with the context and nuance that comes from actually knowing the speakers on the roster.
Loom + email > 30-minute calls. A 3-minute personalized video gives you more signal than a sales call — and it respects your time. You can watch it when you want, share it with your team, and reply at your pace.

Joining iShruti doesn't require a discovery call. The onboarding wizard covers everything a call would — your bio, topics, fee, demo reel, and availability. After submitting, we review within 48 hours and email you with next steps.
If you'd like a personal welcome from Brijesh, there's a checkbox at the end of onboarding: “Want a quick founder welcome Loom?” He records a 2-minute video over the weekend introducing himself and what to expect.

Yes — but we save that for qualified buyers who have already seen the shortlist and want to talk through a specific decision. Calls happen on weekends (Saturdays 8–11 AM ET, Sundays 7–9 PM ET). You won't need one for most bookings.
What if my event is urgent (less than 2 weeks)?
Mark your shortlist request as "Immediate." Brijesh monitors high-urgency requests throughout the day and will prioritize your reply. Most urgent shortlists go out within 4–6 hours.
Why not just book directly on the speaker's profile?
Most buyers don't know which speaker is right for their specific audience until they see a curated shortlist. The shortlist request lets us match based on your event's goals — not just who looks impressive in a photo.
Is this slower than picking up the phone?
No. A shortlist delivered in 24 hours beats a 45-minute call that ends with "let me get back to you with some options." Our format produces faster decisions, not slower ones.
