Verified replacements, standard fees, no rush surcharge. Options in your inbox fast.
Speakers cancel. Flights get grounded, people get sick, and sometimes an event simply moves up with a slot still open on the agenda. The panic is real, the clock is loud, and the usual response is to book whoever happens to be free - which is exactly how programs end up with a speaker nobody actually chose.
Rush booking is the same process as any other iShruti engagement, run against the clock: we match from the verified roster, send you options with fees and availability, and you approve before anything is confirmed. What we compress is our turnaround, never the verification - a rushed booking that isn't checked is exactly the risk you're trying to avoid.
We serve organizers facing a cancellation, a late programming gap, or an event that moved forward. There is no rush surcharge: fees are the speaker's standard fees, with no commission from us right now. What we cannot promise is that every brief is fillable in 72 hours - availability is availability, and we will tell you honestly and quickly if we can't.
Fast, without skipping the checks.

Often, yes - and we've done it. What makes it work is a verified roster and a brief that's flexible on at least one dimension: format, seniority, or exact topic. If all three are fixed, be prepared for us to say it's tight.
No. Fees are the speaker's standard fees, with no commission from us right now - the same as any other engagement. Travel, where applicable, is billed at cost and capped.
If the booking was made through iShruti, yes: we deliver a vetted replacement within 72 hours, or everything you paid through us for that booking is refunded.
Date, audience, format, budget range, and the one thing that absolutely cannot change. The tighter the timeline, the more valuable it is to tell us where you're flexible.
They come from the same verified roster, checked the same way. What shortens is preparation time, so we prioritize speakers whose existing material fits your brief rather than those needing heavy customization.
