AI experts for your show, identity and work checked, in 24 hours. Free for hosts. Speakers approve every show before we pitch it.
A podcast is only as good as its next guest, and the next guest is the hardest part of the job. iShruti gives hosts a verified AI expert in 24 hours - identity checked, real work checked, a clip you can hear before you commit - at no cost to the show.
For speakers, it works the other way round. Podcasts don't pay guests; they pay in reach, and reach is what gets you booked. We place you on shows in your domain, you approve every one before we pitch it, and you leave each episode with a clip that goes straight onto your profile.
Hosts are never charged. Speakers pay a flat placement fee, and we say so on every request we send - no hidden sponsorship, no pay-to-play dressed up as editorial.
Hosts get the guest. Speakers get the reach.
One person matches both - the same way event briefs are handled - so nobody is pitched to a show they didn’t choose, and no host is sent someone we haven’t checked.
A podcast doesn’t pay its guest. It pays in reach - and reach is the thing that gets a speaker booked for the keynote that does pay.
Hosts are never charged. A stocked list of good shows is what makes placement possible, so we treat hosts as the asset they are.
Speakers approve every show before we pitch. Nobody is put in front of a host they didn’t choose.
Every episode leaves a clip on the speaker’s profile. For a new speaker with no recording, that clip is the whole point.

Five questions every organizer asks - tap one.
No. Never. Booking guests is the slowest part of running a show; we take it off your desk for free because a stocked list of good shows is what lets us place speakers. You are the inventory, and we treat you that way - with care.
No, and almost no podcast anywhere pays guests - our own research puts paid-guest offers at around two percent of conversations. What a speaker gets is reach and a recording, and on iShruti that recording is what turns into keynote bookings.
The work: finding the right shows, pitching the host, booking the slot, chasing the recording. A flat fee per placement, scaled to the show’s audience. It is a service charge, not a commission - there is no fee on a podcast to take a percentage of.
Yes. Every request we send a host says the guest is placed by iShruti. A host who finds out later feels used, and we would rather lose the placement than the host.
They must. We send a list of matching shows - name, topic, audience size, format - and the speaker ticks the ones they want. We pitch only those. Nobody is put forward to a show they haven’t approved.
Rather we just figure it out for you?
Request a guestThree to five verified names within 24 hours of a request, each with a clip. Most episodes are booked inside a week.
The same check as the rest of iShruti: identity, real work, and - for podcasts - how they sound on a microphone. Every guest, no exceptions.
No. A speaker sees matching shows only after they have asked to be placed. The list is the thing that makes placement work, and publishing it would hand it to anyone.
A small number do. We show it on the speaker’s list as a separate line, at cost, and never hide it. You decide.
Placement is for iShruti speakers. If you’re not on the roster yet, apply first - it takes about a minute, and a new member with no recording gets their first placement free.
Tell us. If a host or a speaker rates a placement below 8/10, we credit the placement fee. Same promise as every iShruti booking.
